ATRACS Product

ATRACS is a dynamic tool that can be used to manage your enterprises training requirements. Your company’s business roles, job profiles and the underlying competencies can be established into the ATRACS framework.  Personnel can then be assigned to job roles. Progress against related training and competency objectives can be recorded over the period of time that an individual is working for your organisation. This assists in supporting Continued Professional Development (CPD).

From appraisal to conclusion the entire process can be electronically recorded in ATRACS, meaning that should you need to, powerful reports and enquires let you find people of required profile within your organisation at the touch of a few keys.
